This was one of the few appliance repair companies that service Asko dishwashers. The repairman was able to quickly determine the issue with the dishwasher and due to the cost of repair, recommended getting a new dishwasher. He installed the new icemaker on the refrigerator and explained the differences from the old ice maker. The technician was very personable, professional and did the evaluation and repair quickly. Would definitely use them again.

The technician was late for both of the initial visits for the repair, providing no reason. The repair was simple with it only taking 5 minutes to replace the part (although it had to be ordered which is why there were two visits), but they charged $240, which shows an extremely over-inflated price for the part. For the initial repair, they replaced the door-latch of the washing machine which fixed the problem for about 3 weeks and then it broke again. When I asked them to come back again, they initially said it would be at no charge to re-evaluate, but then they called the day of the appointment and said the technician would be delayed. They also then changed their story about the re-visit and said there may or may not be a charge. The agent I spoke with would change her story every other sentence making it impossible to get a straight answer, making it clear that they did not intend to honor the warranty for the repair.
