German was fantastic! He came out to quote the various projects earlier in the week and then we scheduled a time for the projects to be completed. He spent the entire day helping me with various projects around the house from replacing outside patio tile that needed a jackhammer to some wood trim to electrical -- he got it all done! He was on time, his work was impeccable and he left the house and project areas clean. We plan to use him again in the future. Thanks!

German and his brother Jerry completed the project in the time frame he estimated. Both men were professional, respectful, and committed to providing quality service. They took care in leaving our home better than when they arrived (i.e. protecting floors, walls, and handling new blinds with care). They ran into one small problem that they hadn't planned for; however, German thoroughly explained the situation immediately and told us there would be a small price increase from the original quote, allowing us the option to proceed or not. Both men seem to enjoy what they do and strive to provide a service that pleases the customer.

I had a great experience with German, in fact I hired him in November to help with some remaining items I needed to list my rental home for sale and it sold quickly (one month I got an offer) and I was looking to hire him again on another project and remembered I forgot to give him a great recommendation. He was very prompt, very great communicator, super friendly and honest about the time involved and what he could finish! It was a large house and my contractor could not get to the interior painting soon enough and was so much more expensive I went with German and was super pleased! A+ in every category!

I was very happy with the work performed. Drywall needed to be removed and replaced to gain access to pocket door hardware. The repair of the drywall is excellent, can't even tell any work was done! Deadbolt was installed and works well. I definitely recommend this company.

Ceiling Fan Service
Terrible. After confirming they could do the job we scheduled the work. I took time off work to be home and a handyman named German showed up to do the job. After a half hour he said he couldn’t do it and quit. Told me to call Angie for a refund. Said he couldn’t do it alone and that I would have to pay $700 for two guys. I had to hire another handyman who did it by himself within a couple of hours.

"old bathroom fans were simple, 8"x8" fans. new fans to be installed were larger and came with a Bluetooth radio and speakers that had to be joisted from inside the attic. This is clearly an electricians job. although i tried to schedule job for an earlier hr, client insisted that i show up at 2 pm. I would not go in an attic at 2pm in a hot summer day since its gets hot as an oven in AZ. attics. The price increase was for for the two fans, the Drywall repair, and paint that client mentioned while I was there. Thank you for your feedback."

German Sosa, the owner, responded in less than 24 hours. We set up an appointment and he was on time. He listened to what we wanted to have done. German did an excellent job. If I could have given him an A+ that would have en his rating. He methodically did the work and you could tell he took pride in his work. As each section was done he asked for our input. While it took a little longer than we paid for, in the offer, the extra money for his time was well spent. He took care of all of the cleaning of his work and made sure my wife and I were satisfied. I also paid for the materials which I should have paid ahead of time.

So, he came and decided to do the tiles first, which took him longer than I thought it should have. He kept complaining that he's tired and not as young as he used to be. He was also rude. I had just had my pool done and he was walking towards with his bucket like he's going to wash his hands in there and I asked what are you doing, he goes 'let the man do his job' . That's not the way to talk to people. Anyways, he finishes the tile work and then refuses to install the ceiling fan or fix the closet door. He said he was too tired and if I wanted I could just give him a bad review. Why is he signing up for work that he is unable to do? I would definitely not hire him again and would not recommend him to anyone.

"Approximately 8 ft.x 8 ft. of Tile was removed with chisel and hammer, chiseled area clean, Reinstalled with thin-set, then grouted in about 5 hrs. I completed job quickly because I felt rushed, maybe to save money on labor hours. I do apologise for walking by your pool, I had no idea it is not allowed to walk by pool. Thank you for your purchase."

I was impressed that he was on time and the work that he actually did was done well. Unfortunately, he didn't do my list in priority order and picked the easier things to do (ie. installing door handles instead of smoke detectors). He also tried to leave an hour early and seemed surprised when we pointed out that we had paid for an hour more. In addition, my elderly neighbor came over and hired him to do some work for her on another day. Not only did he not show up as scheduled, he ignored her calls and my e-mails and never followed up with her. Totally unprofessional.
