I was in need of some legal papers to be served to my Ex. Being out of state I was at a loss as what to do. I went online and found Gryphon and so I called. Before the process service I needed to find out my Ex’s current address and Employer. Needless to say Mr. Bertuccelli was able to get both these services done professionally and with great speed. Refused to provide documentation of work he claimed he performed, refused to provide written estimate, broke confidentiality. Listed false accreditations on his website, including claiming Better Business Bureau accreditation as well as several veterans organizations. I fired him and got threatened and retaliated against. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR HIS AGENCY. I have filed a complaint with Arizona DPS, the agency that licenses him.

"[Member Name Removed], I should have done my research on you first and realized your massive criminal history and especially the dangerous drugs (Methamphetamine) you use. When you told me you are NO longer taking your psychiatric medication I should have known to walk away. I wanted to assist because you would not stop texting and emailing me. I have every single text message, email, and even phone conversations with all your ranting and raving about how everyone is out to get you. You are completely paranoid from everyone and now upset because these people who are out to get you did nothing on the day you choose for a surveillance. You even admitted the Sheriff is refusing to deal with you any longer because of all your false allegations. You have made many complaints to many organizations, but the fact remains that you are the crazy woman who is off your psychiatric medications and now lost your mind. All these organizations have cleared any wrongdoing on my part and saw through all your false claims. I have all my documentation to include the credit card authorization for you signed, my original quote with services, email correspondence, text messages and voicemails. I have REPEATEDELY asked you to STOP HARRASSING me and my business. I am telling AGAIN to leave me alone. I am now contacting the local Sheriff to file harassment charges and will obtain an injunction against harassment. Please get back on your prescribed medications for your mental health issues. In the 3 hours of calling on Gryphon, they had served my paperwork and gave me proof of service. I was provided with all the information I needed and service was prompt! I received pictures and everything else needed. Once done, I received a phone with a full description of services. Loved it!

I found a site for private process servers, and asked for a quote. Mario was one of the first to get back to me, and did so both quickly and professionally. He offered me a combination of the best price for such a service (which was highly affordable), and unlike other servers, would not finish the job until it was done (other servers gave me a limit of 2 -3 attempts to serve the papers). Within an incredibly short time period, he was able to do a background check, obtain all the necessary information, and serve the paperwork. I'm talking one or two days here, it was really fast and efficient. So if you're looking for someone dedicated, professional, affordable, and quick, then Mario at Gryphon Consulting Services is your man.

I really thought the experience was going to be an A like others rated, but the work was rushed, pricing unclear and methods for the investigation were changed abruptly. When I asked for the original and agreed upon methods be used, he asked for more money. If you hire him, make sure you have an understanding of what service he is doing, how he is doing it and when he will be doing it. It was a complete waste of both our time and my money.
