I contacted them about 3 months ago and they helped me walk through the steps to make the changes. They are very friendly.

Do not choose Go Daddy for website host, not consistent with their services.

I asked my son, who is a savvy web designer, to put together both of the sites that I have hosted with GoDaddy under one site. He's been corresponding with GoDaddy back and forth for a week or more and still the problem has not been solved and my site is not up. Today, I researched for the corporate number and called. Some young operator responded and would not pass me through to the executive customer relations without me telling her what it's about, which I didn't want to do because then she would transfer me to the 800 number. She kept me on the phone for a lengthy amount of time asking all sort of questions and would just not transfer me. I asked for her supervisor and she put me on hold and I've been listening to music for some time without being passed on. I've with GoDaddy for a long time and have kept two hosting sites paying a considerable amount of money. I finally hung up and called again and the male operator passed me to the right person right away. Again, the person I spoke with, though he was friendlier than the operation, put the ball back in my son's yard. He did not agree to have Technical Support reach out to my son, but rather have my son contact them once more. GoDaddy used to be good when they were small. Then they grew and became terrible.

There was never a response as to the status of the website. They sounded efficient but the website isn't up and running as I thought it should be. I wanted electric shock victims to come forward and I could give them advice to get serious help. I cannot get a hold of them.

I have been very impressed with them. I am having a website built for my business and my graphic designer initially told me to pay about $1000 to $1500 for a website. I got my domain from godaddy.com and for some reason I couldn't find my account since I hadn't used it for months. I called them and I spoke to a business consultant who consulted about my business. That is how I ended up using their web design services. He spent an hour on the phone giving me different ideas for websites, domains, email addresses and other things. He gave a lot of information and it was good. When I got the web design package I set up the appointment and they called me. They have some good tools to set up the website and design it. They have 20 different templates but they don't look similar at all. They have been sending me e-mails every week asking me to send the content for them to start. Their prices are reasonable.
