Glass and Mirror Service, Window Service
They provided excellent service and we had a very good experience with them. The guy who came out to get the work done kept postponing his visits to our house after we had ordered the work for 2 to 3 weeks. He wasn't prompt, but he did what we wanted.

Glass and Mirror Service
Every single project has come back flawed and had to be returned. They do not return phone calls. They take longer then they estimate by weeks. They are frustrating! We had simple glass shelves that should have been, but were not polished. They had to be sent out of state to be polished and now our shelves are 3 weeks over due. Our client whom we bought the shelves for has sent us scathing e-mails about this problem. hey miss almost every single appointment we have scheduled.
