GHA General Contracting

Beware of GHA contracting! Owner, Ali Gharai is sexist, a liar, unprofessional, combative, cheap but charges you for every little thing, and a creep. He has left me with so much damage and basically the whole house needs to be redone. He thinks everything looks perfect, but the ROC disagreed. Even the guys who came to fix his horrible workmanship said this is really bad. It was so sloppy and unfinished. He got in my face many times, close to hitting me, and called us horrible names. One point, he was following myself and toddler around and even lurked into my elderly mother's room to stare her down while in bed. Freaked me out. Disgusting! He ran into my neighbors wall and even caused damage to other's property. I caught his workers stealing items and he admitted to hiring thieves! Ali also likes to hire unlicensed electricians so he did not have to pay full price. Our safety means nothing to him. He still refuses to finish or fix anything!

Ali has done an outstanding job on every project, from tiny to large. He is professional, charming, creative, and timely. He pays tremendous attention to detail and strives to accommodate special family needs into his planning and proposals. It was really a pleasure to work with him and we are very sorry that we have lost him from Virginia/DC to Arizona!
