Great! Looks new!

They were quick to agree that replacement, rather than repair, would be appropriate for this kind of vehicle (Lexus) which I really appreciated. Timely service at the shop. Regular phone updates. Responsiveness to questions. Overall just great experience.

Picked up vehicle. Hood was misaligned, Gerber Mgr claimed that it should not have been touched. Tech took truck back and spent an hour fixing it.....all this after vehicle was prepped for owner!!
Drove home and the road noise thru and quot;thatand quot; door was noticeable. Took it back. On the next drive home the noise was still there.
Unacceptable quality control.

This was a very good experience. Service was clean, punctual, professional and reasonably priced. We were very pleased.

This was a repair covered by insurance. Friendly and helpful front-office people. The repairs were done on time and the result matched the rest of the car perfectly. One piece of trim came loose after I picked up the car and they repaired it immediately and permanently.

Brought my car in after someone backed into it in a parking lot, and I couldn't be happier with the work or the whole experience of having my car worked on. I was greeted promptly, taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, and scheduled my repair appointment within 15 minutes of getting there. This included a discussion with an auto body technician about the damage and what I wanted to have done to the car, and scheduling a rental. A few days later when I showed up for my appointment the drop-off was smooth and the rental representative arrived quickly to handle the rental car details. My car was finished on time and looked great - no dents or scratches, the paint matched perfectly, and they even gave me a little container of touch-up paint. This was all insurance work, so I'm not exactly sure how much it all ended up costing, but I'm very happy with the work and the people at Gerber.

Staff is very professional and cooperative. They determined the car frame was damaged beyond repair, advised the insurance to total the car, which is what happened. The insurance company honored their recommendation and paid us for the loss of the car. Gerber handled disposal.

My overall experience with them was great actually. Their customer service is good. They basically do not kind of up sell you on anything and their pricing is fair.

This Gerber location had to redo three of my vehicles. The Gerber in Anthem AZ did lousy work and I had to have this location repair them. I do not recommend the Gerber in Anthem AZ.

The job was great. It looks good. Quick turn around time. Took it in on Monday and finished late Tues. afternoon. We got a discount for paying cash. No one else offered us that. I would definitely go back.

Brought my vehicle in for an estimate on abve listed repairs, as suggested by my insurance company. Was treated in a very polite manner, extremly courteous manner. Vehicle was dropped off on July 15th and picked up on July 17th 2013. Vehivle was repaired in less than the 4 days promised, and was done extremly well. In fact a magnificent job in less time than qioted. I would highly
reccomend Gerber Auto to anyone who asks. It is a pleasure to find an Auto Repair facilty with a staff who is courteous and caring. This is the way to run a business

My initial contact came after another company Howard Air no showed on an estimate visit for adding the air return. I contacted Day and Night. Day and Night performed testing of our upstairs system. Which qualified for a partial rebate from APS. The work was performed well and on time. I was impressed with them and had them come back to perform routine maintenance. Last week our downstairs unit stopped functioning. I had an after hours service call on a Monday night. The technician was pleasant even though we was obviously having a long hard night :) He got the unit up and running again. Unfortunately on Tuesday night it went out again. Wednesday the technician who performed the routine maintenance came back and discovered the problem was the circuit breaker, not the unit. He got us up and going again in short order. I have been very impressed with Day and Night and will continue using them.

We brought the car in and we are a repeat customer. They looked at the problem and explained what they had to do. Because it was not just scratched but dented, they had to fix the dent, repaint and blend the color so that it did not look like a repair. They said that they would have it done in a day. We could not pick it up that evening and we went the following morning. When we saw the car, I did not know which door was damaged (it is my wife's car) and she looked closely and was satisfied. You would never know that their was any damage. Great job and the lowest price estimate.

Kim gave me an initial estimate and Keith, the USAA representative was present as well. They estimated $1800 but found more broken parts as the work continued. They were both very pleasant and Kim was especially knowledgable about the process and the work. She made a referral for some interior work I wanted done and coordinated with that firm to get it done and deliver the car on time with all the work complete. The finished car was gorgeous! The detail work they did to ready the vehicle for my pickup was extraordinary...right down to polishing the wheels!!
