Although we finally did recieve a "pre-qual letter" from Mr. Sandoval & Gencor after 4 days and much frustration on my part due to obious lack of urgency by them, I will be starting process again with a different lender. If Mr. Sandoval & Gencor have no urgency to get us (the client) a pre-qual letter so we can begin looking for a home, I would be terrified to think about going thru closing with them. That's me....
Description of Work: It is more like what didn't the provider do? Ulises Sandoval MLO#321199 repeatdly failed to return messages in a timely manner and/or when he stated he would. Gencor's website touts 'using the latest & greatest products to provide superior service.' (praphrasing) However, it took over 4 days after they recieved requested documents to provide us with a pre-qual letter. Which was $10,000 less than previously quoted by him with no expelanation or even a phone call.
