GE CAPITAL

A dentist COERCED me into obtaining access to credit services through CareCredit, a form of no-interest loan if paid within a certain period of time.  I never wanted, OR APPROVED, the credit application, but it was instituted anyway.  After receiving via US Postal Services the information re the account, I attempted to access GE Capital through their website.  At first it appeared to work, but within a very short period of time, I would be unable to access even the website.  Instead a pop-up message informed me that it was not accessible, showing a completely different name.  I then tried to find a telephone number for GE Capital Retail Bank, which also turned out to be very difficult.  Once I had a telephone number, it became even harder to access a human being.  Over a period of three plus weeks, I was unable to resolve the issues of access to the GE Capital website, and of course, the details of my specific account.  I have contacted GE Capital by telephone, in order to obtain the information I need (account outstanding, available, last payment made, details of payments already made, due date for payment, etc.)  None of the GE Capital representatives seemed to be able to assist me, one of their customers.  At my wits end, I have resolved to handle this account entirely on my own, without hope of any assistance from GE Capital Retail Bank.  I have also resolved that I will have absolutely no contact with this entity, ever again, once the account is paid in full, IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE GOOD CREDIT I OTHERWISE HAVE.  GE Capital Retail Services is not trustworthy and is not user friendly.  Each time I had telephone contact, I was invited to "remain on the line" in order to provide feedback to them regarding my satisfction with their services - and then promptly got disconnected!  No callback either ever.
