Provider, Chase, showed up on time completed the job in two days as specified. Results appear to be very good. We had someelse (another co. out of business now) do it a couple of years ago and and results were not as good as this time.

Bob was really overloaded with work at the time I called, so it took many weeks to schedule the work, but was of highest quality when he and his assistant finally got to the job. New patch matched old (1998) river pebbles so perfectly only those who know where the trench was can find the change from old to new material. One courtyard has several difficult contours to powerwash and coat, but it looked flawless when they were done. My only concern in ensuing years is that the epoxy doesn't seem to hold up as long as it used to, but it's a proprietary product that Bob has no control over, and there is no substitute for it. This surface is very durable and beautiful cleans up well when in good condition, but costly to install and maintain, as it needs recoating regularly. Would use again on basis of appearance, routine maintenance and durability (still looks great after 15 years) if budget allowed.

Chase was on time and professional with his estimate. They came out to do the work exactly when they said they would. The quality of the craftsmanship was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves, finished on time, and answered all our questions. This company is top notch.

Went very well and as expected. No surprises as to how long it took, or how it would look or cost.

Came out for an estimate on the Cool Deck work and suggested alternatives for the cracked concrete patio surface as well. We ended up doing both the deck and the patio. Superb job done. Owner and son did all of the work. Completion took only three days.
