remodeling
 + -1 moreDemo and work started 3/5/2013. Still NOT done!!! Initial time frame was three weeks. After a change in kitchen cabinets to new Ikea, we expected a delay. It is now 9/22/2013 Work went well for first two weeks during demo and electrical work. Then work became slower. Crew at house maybe twice a week. Priotr to contract agreement phone calls and emails were returned immediately. As time went on. phone calls went unreturned. Some e-mails were answered, others were not. A month into the project we found out that the home remodel was a second job and that Freeman Reiff was into commercial work. Remodel was just a sideline. Project status Ikea kitchen cabinets (Ikea install) great. Counter tops look OK. Kitchen back splash is a mess. Mosaic tile looks like a kindergarten art project. Hall bath looks the same. Stove vent is not framed in. Flooring looks great. Master bath sinks are not plumbed and the shower handle was installed improperly..wrong valve! Final "punch list" never completed. We are in contract dispute. LOUSY EXPERIENCE!
