Description of Work: Need training on how to do a notarization by the rules without deviation, opinion, or unnecessary comments. Need more professionalism in dealing with customer in a COE meeting without judgement and opinion. Unnecessary $50.00 cost in update of HOA information for closing which was not requested by customer. Paid 2nd quarter and third quarter fees for an April 15 COE to one HOA but not the other HOA or Maricopa County Assessor. Was told that is their way of doing things.
