 + -1 moreTerrible, they charged for property insurance even though it was paid in full. Paperwork figures never matched.
Description of Work: This company is a nightmare! Unresponsive, their delays caused penalties in excess of $300 to seller. They made mistakes, which are still not corrected and have not responded to emails. They failed to include deposit/earnest money paid on settlement papers. AWFUL, run the other way if you want to close on a home. This office was in Tempe, AZ.

 + -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. INITIAL SIGNING WAS ON TIME, VERY PERSONABLE, & EFFICIENT. CIRCUMSTANCES REQUIRED RE-SIGNING OF SOME REVISED DOCUMENTS & THE COMPANY SENT A COURIER TO MAKE THIS EFFICIENT & CLIENT-FRIENDLY, WITH NO OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSE TO ME.
