Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery

Began good in that they had the brands we wanted. However, had to constantly fight over them matching prices with other vendors. Would have (should have!) purchased from another store, but wanted to get all of the appliances from one source because of delivery and installation considerations. Basic problem is one of their unresponsiveness - took days to get quotes, and were never informed as to the status of our order. The install was a disaster - several appliances were not installed, others just minimally so (even though was promised "5 star" installation - and at a relatively higher price). My contractor hated working with them. They seemed unfamiliar with a few of the appliances although they represented themselves as "factory certified." The appliances are nice, but would not deal with Ferguson's in the future, even if they were the only source for a specific one.

I ordered kitchen faucets, a stovetop, wine chiller and a wall microwave/oven combination. They installed the appliances after new countertops and cabinets had been installed.
