PAUL IS A METICULOUS PAINTER. HE PREPPED EVERYTHING CAREFULLY AND DID TWO COATS ON EVERYTHING. THERE WAS NOT ONE SPECK OF PAINT DRIPPED ANYWHERE. HE WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST BID, BUT I WANTED A QUALITY JOB AND THAT'S WHAT I GOT!
