This company is great.
WATER SOFTENER INSTALLATION:   Mr. Faulkner and his team were punctual, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.  While installing the new unit they answered all questions, explained the operation/benefits of the unit, cleaned up the work area and removed the old unit.  They are extremely dedicated to following up with their clients on a regular basis to assure that the system is fully operational and not experiencing any problems. 
REVERSE OSMOSIS  MAINTENANCE:   Again, Mr. Faulkner was punctual, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.  He changed all the filters and the membrane, flushed the system and re-pressurized the tank containing the bladder. Additionally, he took time out (without our requesting) to check the water softener which his company had installed previously.

They did an excellent job with the installation of my new water softener. They were very professional and friendly. They had very good pricing, very fair. They installed everything very well and the new unit is working great. They were here on time and finished the job quickly. I would definitely recommend these guys and I will definitely use them for future jobs.

It went perfect. I couldn't be happier. I live in a remote area of the valley - toward Rio Verde. It's hard to get anyone to show up here at all, much less on time. Chris was very accommodating to my schedule. When it turned out he was going to be about an hour late due to a job in Chandler, he called plenty early to let me know. And then he showed up exactly an hour late, exactly when he said he would. He and his plumber did a great job, explained everything they were doing and how everything worked. I did the research on the product Chris works with and it's the best. No messing with cheap junk here. Chris followed up with a call about a week later to see how things were going. With this kind of service, he could charge much more and it'd be worth it. Highly recommended.

I wanted to know how both systems worked and he walked me through the technical processes of both systems. He seemed happy to do so and went into detail about how it worked, why it was not functioning and how he would fix it. Very personable. He came up with 2 options for the softener. Due to it's age he suggested replacing the system sometime in the near future, but it was working fine presently except for the bad motor. He said the cost to replace would be $650 or just the motor replacement for $250. He didn't try to push the higher sale at all. He finished the work in a timely manner, left me with all the old parts and a basic knowledge of home water treatment in the desert. He told me that he was just starting his business although he had been in this field for years. He came in his car and I was surprised that he didn't have a truck. After seeing that no part was bigger than a roll of paper towels I realized that a truck was not a necessity.

He was very patient and thorough in explaining the operation and care of our equipment. He provided us with manuals since we did not get them when we recently purchased our house. He even called us back to make certain everything was working properly.

CHRIS CALLS ONCE A YEAR AS A FRIENDLY REMINDER TO HAVE THE REVERSE-OSMOSIS CARTRIDGES REPLACED. HE SHOWS UP AS PROMISED, & IS VERY PROFESSIONAL & THOROUGH. HE'S VERY FRIENDLY & CLEANS UP AFTER HIS WORK.

MR. FAULKNER WAS VERY PROMPT, THOROUGH AND COURTEOUS. HE FOUND THAT WE NEEDED A PIECE ON OUR WATER SOFTENER AND WENT TO PICK ONE UP AND RETURNED THAT SAME DAY. HE IS HONEST AND FAIR.
