EZ Landscape & Lawn Care

It's good and they are very reliable.

I trusted them. I've been with them since 1989. They were very punctual. They let you know when they can't come; That's why I have them for 30 years. Their cost was reasonable; It was affordable.

After buying the house, the original gardener was replaced by EZ Landscaping and Lawn Service because they could fix the drip irrigation system problems.  Because they were prompt in meeting with me, moderately priced and then completed the job without residual issues, they were asked to take on the maintenance of the landscaping.

As previously stated, Ed and his crew have responded to various challenges that have popped up over the years and done so professionally.  I had confidence that when the HOA called to inform me of a fallen tree in the front yard, that EZ Landscaping would dispose of the dead tree and replace it quickly.

The house was 9-10 years old when I purchase it, so when I noticed several bare spots where the decorative rock had been "lost", a phone call to Ed was all that was necessary to get more rock.  He took some of the existing rock with him to match colors, and a couple of phone calls between us (and a follow-up payment check) was all that it took to fix the situation.  After hiring a separate tree trimmer, I talked with Ed about taking on the tree trimming as it isn't one of the functions EZ Landscaping typically handles---they've gotten it done for the past 6-7 years!

Another time the sprinkler timer stopped functioning.  Ed installed a refurbished unit until the unit he pulled could be fixed and then reinstalled it.  It lasted for over a year before breaking down again, which I think was fine.  EZ Landscaping & Lawn then installed a brand new timer. 

Ed made it very easy to do business remotely, which made my life a lot easier.  For that, I am grateful.  As far as I am concerned, the company deserves an "A" rating! 

 

Arrived from Tucson to find a water leaking from the irrigation control valve and called EZ Landscape and Lawn Care. He came out within 20 minutes, found the problem (bad solenoid), went for the part, returned and had it fixed in less than an hour. Very professional, personable and efficient. Will definitely use them again.

This service far surpasses the other company I had used as they made my yard look like a golf course. I have seen the other houses in the neighborhood and their beautiful work and I was very impressed. They are a little bit expensive 20 dollars more than my last lawn service but the results from EZ Lawn are nicer looking to the eye. If I ever have to move, I am taking Mr. Ed with me.
