Experienced Carpet & Flooring Cleaning Scottsdale

This company is a classic bait and switch con job. I booked on a Monday. I specifically told the booker that I absolutely had to have the service provided that Thursday. On Wednesday, less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment, the company called and asked if I also wanted my air ducts cleaned. When I said "no", they told me they wouldn't be able to clean the carpets for a few weeks, although they knew I had a deadline. When I explained I absolutely had to have the service as scheduled, they said they could not do it unless I got my air ducts done at the same time. I asked to speak to a manager, at which time a surly jerk got on and started screaming at me. He claimed that their machine was broken (which is odd since they were going to clean the carpets as long as I bought the upsell duct cleaning) and he started swearing at me. Oh, and don't be fooled by the Scottsdale local address. That appears to be a call receiver, but the company is in Los Angeles. It is not a local business.
