Property Appraisal
I located an appraiser through Angie's List. The appraisal was scheduled on first phone call within 48 hours. The appraiser arrived on time and went right to work. On site appraisal was completed in about 2-3 hours, but a lot of additional work was required off site to arrive at accurate square feet on one of the houses. He contacted builder for plans and information, and delivered a very professional report within 48 hours. He was thorough, professional and prompt.

Property Appraisal
EVAN DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF APPRAISING MY HOME. HE MEASURED ALL OF THE ROOMS AND DID HIS JOB IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WE CHOSE HIM, BECAUSE HE WAS RECOMMENDED TO US. HE HAS BEEN AN APPRAISER FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
