It went very well. Deborah is very knowledgable about mold and how to properly remediate it. She had a wealth of information to offer to us. She took the time to compare her mold reading to the mold readings outside, so I could compare and she also shared some of the health risks of mold. The only negative comment I have is that the name of the company on Angie's List is and quot;Espree Mold Testing and Removaland quot; and she does NOT do mold removal. The report she gave us was more accurately labeled and quot;Espree Mold Testingand quot;, so perhaps she did do mold removal in the past. She did provide a list of recommended remediation companies as well.
Description of Work: Deborah came out, took three swab samples to determine whether we had mold in our kitchen and downstairs closet. She then submitted these samples to a lab and provided us with a report within 48 hours as to the results.

 + -1 moreEspree Mold testing is AMAZING! I called upset due to some water leaking out from under my stove. Espree calmed me down and answered all my questions. Espree came down that same day and did the tests. They educated me about mold and the health risk it could have to my family. Espree walked thur each step with me as they were testing. My two year old kept wanting to help. Espree was very friendly and pacient with my daughter and even got her to laugh. They were great even with my animals. I was amazed how fast she was able to get my results back and confirmed with a PHD that I did indeed have mold. Espree gave me a couple of options she could hand deliver my report, e-mail it to me or fax it to me. I choose to have it e-mailed to me and had it with in ten minutes. She even included a list of contractors that specialize in mold removal. After I had gotten the mold removed with one her suggested contractors. Espree came out to do the close out testing which was included in the price. This company is amazing and fast and very customer friendly I recommended them to everyone they do a 110% job and are with till the job is done. .
Description of Work: Came over did two air samples one inside my house and one outside my house also took a sample under my kitchen cabinets.
