+ -1 moreInitially I thought things were going well. But within a few days of the closing I was called in to their offices to sign documents. I realized they were documents I had signed on previous occasions. My agent indicated that the Title Company had lost all of the original documents. Also, they transferred all funds to the second title company rather than dispersing proceeds to myself. They were not very helpful in providing information on the process of the sale or/buying a house house process, as when I asked about it they said I hadn't requested it. My agent stayed out of the process saying she had nothing to do with Title and I was on my own to deal with them. Luckily the second title company for my purchase was extremely helpful.
