Pool and Spa Servicing
WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THE OWNER. THE FIRST TIME HE DIDN'T RETURN OUR CALL FOR DAYS. KEPT MAKING EXCUSES. WE GAVE HIM ANOTHER CHANCE; BAD MOVE. HE CALLED TO POSTPONE TIL MONDAY. NEVER CAME ON MONDAY, NOR CALLED. THE ONLY RESPONSE WE RECEIVED WAS WHEN WE CALLED THE POOL COMPANY THAT PUT IN OUR POOL FOR ANOTHER REFERRAL AND WHEN I TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED, THAT CAUSED HIM TO GET ON THE BALL. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO SEND A PERSON FROM ANOTHER POOL COMPANY TO DO HIS JOB. THAT PERSON MANAGED TO PUT IN THE ACTUATOR INCORRECTLY CAUSING IT TO BREAK DOWN. RJ CAN'T KEEP UP WITH THE JOBS HE TAKES ON. THE ONE THING GOOD ABOUT HIM IS THAT HE DOES KNOW ABOUT SALT CHLORINATION SYSTEMS, WHICH IS HARD TO FIND SOMEONE WHO IS THAT KNOWLEDGEABLE.
