They are honest, excellent, on time and do good work. I have used them for 10 years.

I called Ed's answering service and left a message. Ed called back within the hour, and made an appointment for the next morning. Ed arrived on time and checked a few things at the compressor, went up into the attic, found the blown fuse, and replaced it.
The unit was now working.
I have been using Ed for all of my air and heating services for at least 10 years. He is the owner of his own business and has a well equipped truck with many standard parts. I have found Ed to be a very trust worthy individual and who will give you an honest assessment of the problem at hand. He has replaced several parts over the years on my 17 year old unit. Not only is Ed very knowledgeable in his field, but is capable of making changes to the unit that he knows will make the unit more efficient.
I don't know when I will need to replace my current unit, but when I do, Ed will be my service provider.

Edward Black is fantastic. I have had the same air conditioner for 20 years. He just keeps it running. He will be coming out soon to do the service. I will continue to use his services.

Ed Black is the most conscientious professional craftsman that I have ever experienced. He is competent, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. I am a retired mechanical engineer with extensive experience in HVAC work and I believe he is the best that I have ever experienced. Plus he is an extremely nice person that takes a tremendous pride in his work. Not only has he done work for me but has done several repair and/or replacement jobs of many AC units for the Homeowners Association in the development in which I live. I have witness many jobs he has completed in a timely and outstanding manner. He is a true professional. I wholeheartedly indorse his company in every way.

ED and HIS ASSISTANT WERE ON TIME, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLING A NEW HEAT PUMP/AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR A REASONABLE PRICE (BUT NOT THE LOWEST), IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION. HE ALSO REPAIRED THE OLD FURNACE and A/C SYSTEM BY GOING OUT OF HIS WAY TO KEEP THE COST AS LOW AS POSSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE SYSTEM. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM ON ALL FUTURE A/C and HEATING REQUIREMENTS.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT VERY TRUSTWORTHY. TOOK LOTS OF TIME WITH US TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY FOUND AND WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WENT THE EXTRA MILE.

ENVIRONMENTAL AIR BOUGHT OUT ANOTHER COMPANY WE USED AND THEY HAVE KEPT OUR AGING UNITS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER FOR MANY YEARS. OUR UNITS DO BOTH HEAT AND COOL. THE PREVENTIVE SERVICE KEEPS US FROM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH OUR UNITS.
