I almost purchased a water filtration system a year ago. We agreed to the show price from West World Scottsdale Home Show. I had just finished a $250,000 home remodel and this was one of the last touches to finish the project. I was unable to be present for the install. I left instructions with my wife on where I wanted lines run and holes drilled to connect the water. The technician arrived and informed my wife they were going to drill and cut into the new cabinets in the washer room to get the the drain. She told them I do not want your system. A year later at the State Fair Phoenix Home Show. I had a booth next to Energy One Water Systems. Had a great conversation with Janice about the system and install. Then informed her of the name of the previous system I almost purchased a year ago. Janice explained the differences between the models, warranty and background on Energy One Water Systems. I then jumped into pricing and install. Energy one was a lot less expensive, install was minimal, and install date would be immediate the following week. Janice checked all the boxes quickly and effectively with me. I placed an order and agreed to Wednesday install date. Turns out, I was not available to be present on Wednesday. I cleaned out the area and showed my wife where I wanted the m to run the lines and cut the wall to go into the laundry room for install. I told her to have Brian the install guy call me when he arrives. Brian calls 30 minutes before the earliest install time. I tell him I am unable to be there and everything is ready and to look at area and let me know how you want to install the system to work the best. Brian calls me back 40 minutes later. He tells me how he would run the drain line and power cord in the garage/washer room. Exactly the same as how I wanted it to run and be hidden. I have special Diamond Plating on the garage side of my wall so I wanted to make sure he drilled in a certain spot from the inside of the washer/dryer room to the garage. This way he would only drill 1 time and not hit studs or mess up the diamond plating from the garage side. Brian said no problem. Then he gave me a few options on the power line. We went up to ceiling then over to garage door opener on ceiling. This avoided running more electrical on the garage wall and ugly conduit. The garage has epoxy floors, diamond plating and special Cabinets for the 1969 Camaro Convertible. A couple of hours past and Hayley gave Brian food and water. She called me and said everything looks great. She commented on how great Brian was as an installer compared to the previous one a year ago. Brian then calls me and said everything is done. When I got home I was impressed on the install and how he hid the drain line and power cable. No issues with my diamond plating and hidden on the washer room side to the drain. No cutting holes in the cabinets in the washer dryer room to the drain. The drinking water quality is exceptional. Showers are great to take. Not having chemicals drying out your skin and hair. Having people notice you appear tan and look different. Wow. Then I noticed our pool didn't have a calcium line build up on the tile anymore. I would have to scrap that off every 6 months due to not having purified water. This took 4 weeks to totally go away on its own. The hot tub is also free of hard water deposit on the white surface. Saved $2,249 off the price of another brand from a year ago. Didn't have a installer go hack up an expensive remodel by installing lines. I appreciate great service and give shout outs when I get above and beyond service. I appreciate superior quality, workmanship, sales and pricing! You can work with Janice at Energy One Water Systems.

We have lived in our current home since July 2003 and have made home improvements to every part of the house except for the windows.  Our house was build in approximately 1980 so we knew the original windows weren't very energy efficient.  Recently, we met with an Energy One salesperson.  He did a really good job or explaining the value of Energy One's Venetian windows with triple-pane, Low-E glass, and of answering all of our questions.
The crew was very professional and courteous during the one day installation.  The windows look great!!  We are very interested to  find how the new windows will lower our energy costs during the long hot Arizona summer.

Their technicians are great. They do a very clean, professional plumbing job. They did a very good job. They install these systems everyday so they get a lot of practice. The water here is terrible and it's a system that cleans the water in the whole house. It is a little pricey to get the system in but, I don't have salt in the water or on my skin. They have doctors telling their patients to get this system in to get away from the sodium. They have good quality, workmanship, good product, and the pricing. The owner actually comes out and does the contract. He is great. I bought a house that already had the system and he came out at 9 o'clock at night and cleaned the system. He then transferred the warranty over to me. I bought another home and called him to install the system. He came right out and did it. He gave me a good deal.

They installed our soft water processor and it exceeded Alex's (the owner) claims. They installed and removed the softeners in a short time, cleaned the area and moved some heavy objets in the way. About two weeks later, we had a small leak where the old one was at, and they responded within 4 hours and corrected the problem. How much more could you expect from any company? Additionally, the water was the best we have ever experienced in our home or homes of friends. HIGH REFERRAL

TERRIBLE TECHNICAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. He finally came back 5 days later (late,) and after 2 hours, the unit still did not work. He swapped parts with junk he had in his truck and told me it worked. It didn't. I called the next day and told the message service it didn't work. No call for 3 days. By then I had figured the problem out. He had put in incorrect parts for my unit. I called him on his personal cell phone and told him that I knew what was wrong and to bring back the old part so we could start over. He said he would mail it to me! This was 2 months ago and I haven't seen the part or heard from him. I have since fixed the unit myself as a result of 3 hours of research on the internet and ordering the correct part myself. I guess I am just out 300 bucks.

Energy One does not normally do this brand (WaterBoss- only handled by Home Depot), but when I told them what the situation was, they said they could help. They said it was going to be about $400 to $500 from what I had told them over the phone, but when the man came out and finished the work, he said it was only going to cost $375. They did not return my first phone call, but the second call they returned promptly.

I LIKE THE PRODUCT-THE SOFTENED WATER HAS BEEN EASIER ON THE APPLIANCES. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT SOMEONE CALLED TO TELL ME I NEEDED TO BUY MORE SALT, SO I PAID OVER THE PHONE WITH THE CREDIT CARD, AND THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. AFTER 3 PHONE CALLS, THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER AND CREDITED MY CARD PER MY INSTRUCTIONS.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A FEW HOURS, WHEN I HAD ANTICIPATED IT WOULD TAKE A DAY. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO ROUTE THE SYSTEM AROUND MY GARAGE WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN DIFFICULT. THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.

ENERGY ONE SYSTEMS REMOVE MORE CHEMICALS AND PARTICLES FROM THE WATER, AND THEY DO NOT USE SALT FOR MAINTENANCE, BUT POTASSIUM. THEY EVEN INSTALLED A BIB AT THE OUTSIDE WATER SOURCE FOR WASHING VEHICLES. THEY DID A METICULOUS JOB AND EXPLAINED MAINTENANCE CLEARLY.

THE COST OF THIS PRODUCT WAS ABOUT HALF OF THEIR MAJOR COMPETITOR'S. ACTUAL PRODUCT PERFORMANCE WAS EXACTLY AS THEY DESCRIBED. FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS AFTER INSTALLATION WERE ANSWERED QUICKLY.
