They will not call me back or correct their workmanship or warranty their work

The first quote to replace the springs was over $800.00. I said then they dropped the price to $550.00 I know better but decided to move forward. Then the scam started telling me after they broke the rollers twisting the door and opener. Leaving me no choice in order to get the garage door put back together. They replaced parts not needing to be replaced cost me over $1,500.00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

He was very efficient, very clear, good explanation as to what the problem was and got it done very quickly so it was fixed and up and going no problem.

Did a fast repair on my garage door, had the coil and wire replaced in a timely manner.

Although technician didn't do the job correctly Elite Garage was honorable and refunded the full amount.

Parts are expensive but the mechanic was great.

Technician came to my home he knew exactly what the problem was and installed two operating systems. He was extremely knowledgeable and got the job quickly. I would hire them again. One caveat they are on the pricier side.

I had to have two springs replaced on my door, They did tell me the price, but since I had bought my doors from them I thought I would be treated fairly with the price of the repair. I should have gotten another quote but I trusted that their price was fair. Little did I know I paid twice the amount other companies would have charged. I talked to the MGR of Elite Garage Doors about it but it did no good. I would recommend that if you are having service work done nay Elite Garage doors you get other quotes. Again I should have gotten other quotes.

Very polite and did an excellent job

They were prompt, explained what they were going to do before work started, and had a reasonable price.

Rick did excellent work and it was obvious he knew exactly what needed to be done. He gave options for the repair work and the associated cost breakdowns. A litle more expensive than we planned but the result justified the cost. Would hire Elite again ad ask for Rick.
