+ -1 moreDorothy was extremely helpful in counseling us when it came to the sale of our townhouse at the Pointe Tapatio in Phoenix. She lives in the community & was very helpful in navigating the particulars of the sale & is very knowledgeable in the unique aspects of Homeowners associations .She came to our first meeting with lots of relevant data & we have been impressed with all of her communication throughout the process. We ultimately decided to not list the property at the time but we will only use Dorothy in the future .
