I managed to damage three of the four wheels on my car in the first year we owned it. VW quoted us a price of more than $1,000 to replace the three wheels. My husband, who's a car guy, found wheels through Discount Tire on sale. We were able to replace all four wheels (so they'd match!) for a fraction of that cost. Discount Tire mounted the wheels while we waited even though it was getting late on a Friday evening.
After some debate, we also bought a certificate for free replacements/repairs, which we've already used to have Discount Tire fix a slow leak in one of our tires that occured a few months later. It was well worth the additional $23 we spent.
Our kids got to watch all the work being performed through the large plate-glass window between the showroom and the repair bays, and the guys even let them see some of the equipment up close, so the kids had a great time and can't wait to go back!

This is an awesome service that Discount Tire performs. You can take your car in and for free they will inspect your tires and inflate them to the appropriate leve. They are very professional and focused on outstanding service always.

Service and price of the tires were both very good, however, they did slip some fees and warranties on to the final bill that they did not ask if I wanted or go over with me so I was a little disappointed by that but overall it was an good experience. I would recommend this store to a friend.

We went to them because we had a low ture pressure reading on our car. When we arrived it took about 2 minutes to look at the car and tell us that the left back tyre needed replacing as it was worn out. They gave us a quote that was about 10% cheaper than going to BMW (our car is a 5 series) and we agreed with them to have them replaced straight away. They did not have the same make of tyre on our car that we had but they convinced us to take another make which they assured us was just as good as the one we had. They took the car keys and told us it would be about a 40 minute wait - which is not bad. We left the car with them did some shopping for that length of time and when we came back there was about another 10-15 minute wait. We were happy with the level of service they provided and they were very professional.

They don’t do alignment. They referred to us to another place.

Specifically ordered a certain brand and size that wasn't in stock, but was available at their warehouse. The tires weren't in when I arrived, despite being promised that they would be there. Had to go to my back-up choice. Very speedy and efficient service, however.

I CALLED TO ORDER FOUR TIRES THAT WERE NOT IN STOCK. AT FIRST THE SALES PERSON TRIED TO SELL ME A DIFFERENT BRAND OF TIRES, SO I HAD TO INSIST ON FALKEN. I CALLED MID-WEEK & WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 5-7 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY I CALLED & WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND MY ORDER. I WENT TO THE STORE ON SATURDAY & THE TIRES HAD ARRIVED HOWEVER, THEY SOLD THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE! I ORDERED THE TIRES AGAIN, THIS TIME LEAVING A DEPOSIT, AND WAS TOLD THAT DISCOUNT WOULD PAY FOR 2-DAY DELIVERY FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. THE SALES PERSON CALLED ON THURSDAY AND SAID THEY WERE IN. I HAD THEM INSTALLED THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY. WHAT A HASSLE!

I BROUGHT THE CAR IN THINKING I NEEDED 4 NEW TIRES. THEY WERE FAIR AND HONEST AND SAID I ONLY NEEDED 2. HOWEVER, WHEN THEY PUT THE NEW TIRES ON, THEY PUT THEM ON IN THE BACK, WHICH DIDN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME (IF I HAVE A BLOWOUT, I WOULD MUCH PREFER TO HAVE IT IN THE BACK THAN THE FRONT, PLUS, MY CAR IS FRONT WHEEL DRIVE). WHEN I ASKED THEM ABOUT IT, THEY CLAIMED THAT I HAD REQUESTED THIS.
