Dinesh Wilson - Russ Lyon Sotheby's Realty

We decided to move to Phoenix (Scottsdale) from Indiana at the end of last year. We were recommended Dinesh Wilson's name and now know why. He gave us great advice. Encouraged us to rent for the first couple of months so we would know the area we wanted to live in. We flew out for a weekend, he helped us find a beautiful rental for 6 months. After we moved in, we started the search for a permanent home. We found the area we loved and he found homes we would love. There was never any pressure! With each home, he would give us pros and cons. He often said he would never sell us a home that he wouldn't have his own family buy. 
In March, we found a home we loved. It was a short sale. He helped make the process smooth and seemed effortless. Dinesh is an amazing negotiator! After the approval from the bank, we started the closing process. He helped us every step of the way. Without us knowing, he purchased the window treatments for us from the sellers. After closing, the home was left dirty and with food still in the refrigerator and pantry. On his own, he paid a cleaning crew to clean the belongings out of the home and clean through it. Dinesh also paid a locksmith to rekey the locks and got us 5 keys!! Last but not least, he waited at the community mailbox to talk with the person delivering the mail to get us new mail keys!
We now understand why Dinesh Wilson has been continuously ranked as one of the top three Realtors in Arizona by the ?Best of Arizona Business? magazine!!!
