Long lag time between initial visit and follow up. Planning process was slow, and we only reached final proposal with prompting from us. Actual construction work was fast and efficient, but the planning was incomplete and left us with too many surprises and things we didn't want.

IT TOOK SEVERAL PHONE CALLS BEFORE THEY RETURNED MY CALL. THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TO BEGIN WORK, THE SALES PERSON CANCELLED, AND RESCHEDULED FOR A DAY THAT WAS NOT AGREED UPON. I HAD NO IDEA THEY WERE STARTING MY YARD THE DAY THEY DID. SALES PERSON ACTUALLY STATED HE DID NOT WANT TO DO MY YARD BECAUSE IT WAS A REDESIGN, AFTER HE HAD TAKEN MY CHECK. THE YARD DID NOT TURN OUT THE WAY I WANTED IT TO BECAUSE OF SEVERAL MISCOMMUNICATION, AND THE SALES PERSON WAS RUDE. I WOULD NOT USE THIS LANDSCAPE COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY HAVE NICE PRE-PRICED PACKAGES, SO THERE IS NOT A BUNCH OF HIGH-BALLING ON PRICE LIKE OTHER LANDSCAPERS. SOMETIMES BAD AT RETURNING CALLS.

THE EMPLOYEE REALLY TOOK INTO CONSIDERATION MY TASTE AND DESIRES. THE CREW WAS VERY HARDWORKING AND TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. THE STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK AND WERE RESPONSIVE TO FOLLOW UP CONCERNS WHICH WERE EFFICIENTLY HANDLED.
