+ -1 moreExcellent plumber. Showed up on time, cleaned up afterward. Fair pricing. He diagnosed and corrected work done previously by handyman - a faucet cartridge that had been incorrectly installed, with rubber cartridge shavings debris and a shower handle that had been installed upside down. Disposal and sink flanges expertly installed. Would surely use his services again.
Description of Work: replace garbage disposal, replace sink flanges, install new faucet cartridge, diagnose issue with shower cartridge (on upside down).

+ -1 moreAll went very well as described above. John is always helpful and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. When you get older, it is nice to have someone that you can call to do multiple jobs and get some of those pesky little fix-it jobs done.
Description of Work: Kitchen sink drains were stopped up due to grinding vegetables that the garbage disposal didn't like. I called after 5:30 pm and he said he would be out that evening if it was an emergency, but if I could wait, he would call or be here about 9 am. He called at 9 am and was here before 9:30 am. He unplugged the pipes under the sink, reconnected everything, and tested it out. He was clean and neat. Then I asked him about the dishwasher that would tilt and he added another screw to hold the machine in it's space. This screw had not been used when the dishwasher was initally installed by the builder -- only one screw was holding it in place and over time, the screw became stripped and needed to be replaced. Then we asked him to check a toilet that seemed occasionally to run on and on. He adjusted a few things inside the tank.

+ -1 moreThe work was professional. He kept us informed of the progress of the work and of the need to replace the flange in one bathroom. He charged precisely the amount he quoted to us, he was punctual, and he was neat. We believe the price was competitive with plumbers on contract with the home improvement stores in the area and substantially below the price quoted by another plumbing company we had used in the past. We had to reschedule due to our medical problem, and John DeModica was very flexible about the need to reschedule.
Description of Work: He delivered and installed two new toilets and a toilet seat on another toilet. Also replaced flange in master bathroom.
