Jim Nelson went above and beyond providing me with no-cost refinancing in 2012 and 2013. The CPA who does my taxes was astounded that Jim didn't charge me any fees. Most importantly, Jim went out of his way to understand my personal financial situation and provided me with an avenue to save 85% towards my daughter's room and board as she starts college this fall. Jim Nelson with De Anza Capital did an outstanding job with our no cost mortgage refinance!!! Jim was so persistent in his attempts and efforts to get us the best rate for our home. We were in a 30 year fixed for 6% and nearly above loan to value. Jim fought fo us and got to a 3 5/8 but he went further and got us down to 3 1/8. I would recommend Jim to anyone trying to get a better rate. Jim shops widely for the best deal for his clients. The entire process was effortless for us and we are completely satisfied.

I have done several refinances with De Anza and feel they have the lowest prices and best service. I am a repeat customer and refer many people to them. Ask for Jim, he is the owner. He returns calls 7 days a week.
