I donated some printers and computers that I had replaced through them. They donate it to the kids to work on at school. I talked to them when I had a problem with my printer. I decided that it would be better of to just replace it. That's what they did. They had fair prices. They were very knowledgeable. They got the work done in a timely manner. They answer all the questions I might have.

I was very pleased with the service and the work they did on the computer.
The only negative was initial communication. Someone forgot to call
about the results of the diagnostics so when I did call them back they
apologized for not getting the information to me. The tech (sorry I
can't remember his name) explained all that he had found.
The battery was definitely bad, also the power cord was not
functioning properly, and there was a fan in the computer that was not
working which was causing the overheating and the shutdown problem.
They were able to find a battery that was what I felt very reasonable,
and an Ottoman power cord that runs much less than the Apple
accessories, the fan was replaced as well.
I am pleased, the computer is working perfectly and I'm happy. I felt
the price was well within a reasonable amount and also that they had
tried to find product replacements that didn't run up the cost.
I would definitely recommend them, and will definitely use them again.

These guys were great to work with! They actually speak English at this location and didn't make me feel stupid as I had numerous questions. Most places are intimidating and many techs have attitudes. I will definitely go back in the future with any problems or concerns. Furthermore, the cost seemed high at first but I had a complete tune up on my system which was sorely overdue and now it runs better than it did off the shelf! Other places I won't mention end up charging more in the long run. The "initial" price is misleading but Data Doctors let me know what to expect before I even left the shop. I appreciate that. I also discovered they due extensive laptop repair such as screens, internal fans, etc and it's all handled in their shop versus sending things out. You guys rocks!-JB

$100 up front for analysis, then wait for determination. I told them what it was when I turned it in. They took three days and charged another $100 for the service. My understanding is that this is a 5 minute fix. They did solve the problem, but their store by my office is not where they do the work, so there are additional delays and confusion.

It went very well. A little pricier than I would have preferred, for an install I could have done myself (if I'd had the discs handy). But they checked for bugs, and now I have warranty. Good people to talk with.

I called Bill at Data Doctors and he told me that I was the third call in the past 20 minutes for that same problem infection. I took the computer in to Bill on Thursday morning and had it back by noon on Friday. He did all that I asked for and more. He added another level of virus protection and cleaned up my files. The computer is now running faster than when it was new! The price he charged was considerably less than the local 'Big Box Store' and I got the computer back home much faster.

I really appreciate the gentleman's honesty and I will go to data doctors again with future problems. I do, however, have an issue with the standard $99 diagnostic fee. It took him a couple of minutes to figure out the problem. How is that worth $99? Just charge me a little more in labor. Obviously the data doctors' employee agreed with me as he went out of his way not to charge me the $99. It would be nice if the owners were a little more flexible with that charge.

Data Doctors was great. The guys were helpful, skilled, and explained things to me patiently. They are knowledgeable and did it right the first time and then even followed up with a call to make sure it was running smoothly.

The company will work on Apple, PC and laptop computers. They are able to complete computer repairs for home and business needs. I have used their services for 3 years. I bought a computer from them along with receiving repairs. They are very knowledgeable and straightforward. I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness in asking permission to complete repairs rather than just assuming my wants.

THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I WAS PANICKED BECAUSE OUR COMPUTER AT WORK 'CRASHED'. WE BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER AND DATA DRS. TRANSFERRED ANY OLD INFO TO THE COMPUTER AND CLEANED OFF THE REST SO THAT WE COULD STILL UTILIZE THE OLD COMPUTER. THEY WERE VERY FAST IN RETURNING IT TO US.
