I've been going to this location since 2006.  You would think they would know me.  I bought my computer from them, in the hopes they would be better able to service it (they would not be able to blame the components, which was one of the things they said was wrong with the last computer).  Everytime I've called, they've not been able to find my records.  I'm in their system twice under two spellings.  I've had them come to my house twice.   That info apparently is in another system.  I've followed their recommendations on virus prevention.  Of course, it still happens.   They want $25/month to support one computer, and then it's still $20 to fix anything.  This just is not a competitive rate in today's tech market.  There are many more reasonable options.  They took the computer, then didn't work on it for a full day.  Went back to pick up the computer, the sign on the door at 1:30p said "Out to Lunch til 2:10p".  Ownership has changed more than once in this time.  Consistency and a customer service viewpoint are very lacking.
