They are very honest. They are in the business for around forty years. Their customer services are very good. They are very knowledgeable about all the aspects of construction. Their prices were reasonable. They know their job. I would use their services in the future also.

Since we knew and trusted DA (Denny) Nessler from our previous experince, it was an easy decision to seek his skills again during this major home remodeling. As before, during the phase with the architect, Denny was on hand to make suggestions to us and the architect that turned out to be useful for the desert climate in which we live. He used his extensive experince in remodeling other homes in our area to give us ideas as to how to maximize our remodel while minimizing our expenses. Once construction began, he or a foreman was on hand everyday to supervise and inform us of the status of the demolition, construction and completion of the remodel. When a vendor delivered the wrong size window, he did not try and talk us into just accepting the wrong size, but he demanded that the vendor return the window and deliver what was ordered. He and his team were always gentlemen, kept the construction area clean and observed the home owners rules for the development in which we live. Once completed, exactly on budget, Denny and his team ensured that we got moved okay and that all appliances and new utilities such as air conditioning and sound/electrical wiring were performing properly. Even now, over a year after completion, Denny checks with us from time to time to ensure that we are happy with his work. I cannot recommend DA Nessler enough. His work was so professional the first time in 2000 that I did not even bother to get bids for our second major remodel. If I do have a third remodel, my first call will be to Denny Nessler.
