I have contemplated whether not I should write this review, but after taking a couple weeks to think about it I feel I need to relay my experience. I called to have an estimate on to new AC units. They gave a fair estimate and told me (unlike the other companies who I had brought out) that it was not necessary to pay additional money for a larger air return. During the install the owner said I really should have a larger return and that they could come out another time to do that. I felt slightly scammed because one of the reasons I went with them was because I didn’t have to spend additional money on that return. The air-conditioning also blows very strongly in my master bedroom and they said it was because they put a high-efficiency motor in and I needed another vent. So more money... I had planned on saving money and then doing the suggested alterations. Everything went okay until a couple weeks later we had a large leak in our attic. I live in Arizona and it was 100° that day and when I called they told me to shut off the AC and that they will be able to come out in the morning. I told them that that wasn’t gonna work for me I couldn’t go without air-conditioning overnight. They ended up calling back and said someone would be out that evening. Then I had to initial clean up drywall repair(5x5 feet on my ceiling) painting, insulation replacement, and AC repair. Each time they left my floors dirty and insulation on my closet. I was a little frustrated at this point because I had to clean every time they left but I guess that’s par for the course. The last straw was when the painter left I tried to shut our less than a year old security door only to discover someone had pushed on it so hard while the stop was in place but it jammed the closing mechanism. I called Chris and he told me he didn’t touch it and to call Carlos who was in charge of the drywall repair and painting. Now just FYI I didn’t pick Carlos as a contractor now just FYI I didn’t pick Carlos as a contractor, I had picked Chris who had contracted Carlos to fix my house. I was a little shocked that I had to deal with his subcontractor directly when it wasn’t my fault to begin with. Carlos came out and wedged the piece out of the door and proclaimed it fixed. However, they had bent the sliding mechanism on my door so every time it closed it made a loud scraping noise. I contacted Chris about this with Carlos and texted Chris pictures and videos of what happened he said he would be out soon and I didn’t hear from him for almost 3 weeks. At that point I had already replaced the door mechanism as I found it was a fairly inexpensive part. When I did hear from him he showed up randomly at my house and then texted me “if door opens & closes fine. There should be no problem however that shock does look a little small for that size of door I would say if that thing bent from opening the door it must be defective & should be under warranty if it’s a new door.” My husband and I agreed that we no longer wanted to deal with CW’s mistakes and poor service. I feel like now I’m stuck with an air conditioning that blows too hard and Squeaks and I’m forced to find another company to fix their mistakes squeaks and I’m forced to find another company to fix their mistakes.

Came in to inspect the old Trane compressor. scheduled me right after labor day and was able to get my upstairs up and running in 2 days. Very prompt and team worked through early morning to beat the heat in the attic.

They came out 2 days later to install the system (high efficiency Trane A/C unit, furnace and evaporator coil) and did a nice job.

Prompt, courteous, professional and clean with the added benefits of a great new quiet efficient system for reasonable cost.

Serviced my heater checked out the system. Changed the air filter. very happy

This is our 2nd service call with CW Air Conditioning & Heating. The first a few months ago when we had them come out to check out our Trane heat pump. We hadn't had it serviced in quite a while and CW was recommended by a contractor friend. We were so pleased with their professionalism, communications, knowledge and price that we didn't hesitate to call them to replace the 40 year old dark metal hinged air return cover in our hall ceiling. Chris, the owner, gave us an estimate of cost prior to the service date broken down by part cost & service visit. The part is an unusual size and we knew from research that his quote was quite fair.
Aaron, Chris's son, arrived on time, after giving us a heads-up call, and finished the job quickly and neatly. 
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend CW Air Conditioning and have already placed them on our Keeper List of contractors.

Perfectly. We were in another state & the job was done in a day, everything cleaned up and no problems. Chris, who is the owner, even offered to come back to reset the thermostat so the condo would be comfortable when we returned. HVAC is not easy for everyone to understand - he took his time explaining everything and performed a terrific job.

The owner personally came out and did my and quot;pre-summerand quot; AC check and
clean. He was prompt, professional and called the day before to confirm
my appointment. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism
as well as the price. Many other companies are much higher priced and
try to talk me into things that don't need to be done in order to make
more money. I will definitely use them regularly now for any of my air
conditioning or heating issues. Great company!!!
