The only part that made me at all concerned was they brought in 2 contractors to come and take measurements and give them bids for some upgrades they were going to made right after closing but I dont think that was any worste than all different realtors showing 20 clients a day through the house.
Description of Work: They are real estate investors who purchase homes for cash, that was not one of the choices though so I picked what seemed closest. I went to their website www.azcashhomebuyer.com and filled out the form, about an hour later I got an email back and we corresponded for a few hours, the next morning they met me at the house made a reasonable cash offer and we closed 10 days later... It made what would have been a difficult task with all the travel I do for work a very simple one
