He was thoughtful and thorough in his discussions with me around different items, he was flexible and he was responsive.  They said they would do something and didn't do everything they committed to as far as process, like picking up all the light switches and things like that, and just other items.  They didn't quite follow through.  Had they had a supervisor there, they probably would have done it.  Some of the people tried to cut corners a little bit.
