Costco is pretty good. They aren’t too happy in their job but they are pleasant. They are cheaper than most people. Their quality is good; they are no better or no worse than anybody.

Tire on my car was low on pressure, added air and drove to Costco Tire Center. Had car on the rack in less than 10 minutes, found the leak and did the repair under road hazard warranty. Less than 1 hour start to finish, very courteous and fully explained where the leak was, showed me the nail.

The advisors from Costco Wholesale came out and quoted me. They were pretty expensive. They were very good and called me back. They followed through with me very well. I thought that they were very professional. The estimating took a little long, but they were thorough. It was a good experience.

The price I paid for the four tires was less than another tire store and they included road hazard insurance and free rotation and balance for the life of the tires.

WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH COSTCO TIRE SERVICES. THEIR PREMISES ARE CLEAN AND THE PUNCTUALITY PERFECT. WE ARE USUALLY ABLE TO DROP THE CAR OFF FOR SERVICES, SHOP FOR THE TIME THEY TELL US IT WILL TAKE FOR THE CAR TO BE READY, AND THEN PICK THE CAR UP, AT EXACTLY THE ESTIMATED TIME. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES WHEN SERVICING OUR CARS.
Description of Work: MY LINCOLN NAVIGATOR HAD BEEN MAKING ODD NOISES WHEN IT WAS DRIVEN. WE ALWAYS TAKE OUR VEHICLES TO COSCO WHOLESALE FOR TIRE SERVICES, SO I WAS ON MY WAY THERE WHEN MY TIRE BLEW OUT. AFTER GETTING IT FIXED AND FINALLY ARRIVING THERE, COSCO INSPECTED MY SHREDDED TIRE AND REPORTED THAT THE TIRE HAD BEEN FAULTY (THEY HAD SOLD IT TO US, IT WAS A FIRESTONE) AND THAT IT WAS THEIR FAULT THE TIRE HAD BLOWN-OUT. IT HAD BEEN CHANGED LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. THEY REPLACED IT FOR FREE. THEY ALSO, REPLACED ANOTHER WORN TIRE ON THE CAR, TOOK INTO ACCOUNT THE WARRANTY, AND ONLY CHARGED US FOR THE WEAR AND TEAR ON THE TIRE PAST WARRANTY.
