Controlled Rain is the perfect service vendor. I have used them twice and have never even had to meet them (not that meeting someone is a bad thing). I email in the issue, they schedule the work, perform the work and then I pay the reasonable charge. No fuss. They did a great job and went over an above on the job making sure other aspects of the irrigation system were also working correctly as well. Great vendor! I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them. Thank you!

Josh was wonderful to work with since I had a special kind of problem to solve. Josh was professional, hard working, and patient in solving successfully my sprinkler/drip problem. When Josh rebuilt my "6 Station Raindial Timer" at a cost of $200.00 my big problem was solved. Josh pointed out that sprinkler/drip timer boxes should be replaced or rebuilt every 5 to 8 years. He figured out that I needed low pressure sprinkler heads at a cost of $350.00 to improve coverage for my grass and I agreed he was correct. After teaching for 40 years full time I retired and one thing I know how to do is evaluate and grade a job if it is well done, Josh receive an Outstanding Grade of an A+ from me. Also, take note from Angie's List "Control Rain Irrigation Specialist" received the Angie's "Super Service Award" which Control Rain Company really deserves in my opinion. I received a discount of 10% from being a paid subscriber of Angie's List and the 10% discount more than paid for my subscription cost to Angie's List. I think Angie's List is the greatest service for a home owner. After going through Angie's List of companies for my sprinkler/drip problem I found the great company of Control Rain.

I was very satisfied. The whole company was here except for the office mgr. The five of them worked smoothly together, each helping the others as needed. Everyone knew who was the boss, but he worked as hard as anyone else - including grunt work. It is difficult for a novice to evaluate professionals, but I was impressed. I would definitely hire them again.

I had some issues with my drip system after my yard had been remodeled last year. There were some leaks in an old line and some plants were receiving water. I had a couple visits by Controlled Rain servicemen that did't completely solve the issues and I contacted Josh to see what could be done. Josh expressed the sincere desire to make to proper corrections. He personally came to my house and spent the necessary time to diagnose what was going on and solved the issues. He followed up with me via email explaining what he had found and done to correct the problem. I certainly appreciated his commitment to correcting the problems of my system. In a day where many folks would just cut the ties when the solution to a problem wasn't coming easily, Josh stuck in there and was highly committed to making it right. How refreshing!!!! I would recommend Controlled Rain and use them again in the future. Being in my home for 20 years, I realize that not every home issue is a "quick and easy fix". I appreciate the integrity and commitment to excellent customer service Josh displayed in my case.

Intially contacted for evaluation and adjustments to old existing system. We have had them out several times in the last 6 months for small leaks as well as replacing the control box and running more drip lines.
Always friendly, with good solutions and quick to respond. Fairly priced as well.

Our sprinkler box was flooding (which was flooding our yard). We called on a Monday and set up an appointment for Wednesday, they were on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. They fixed the issue in the sprinkler box and checked the whole system (we've lived in our house for two years and hadn't ever had it checked or anything). They fixed a few drip line tips and checked the timers etc. Overall they were very professional and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

He called and asked if he could come early to the appointment, which I could accommodate. Arrived on time and went to work. I was truly impressed with how quickly he moved bricks, dug to the leak, repaired it, and put everything back. Then he replaced the sprinkler heads with better ones and adjusted for much better spray coverage on the lawn. The whole visit was less than 45 minutes. Very professional and quick.
