The timer for my landscape lighting failed. I contacted Controlled Rain, who had previously installed landscape lighting and a new irrigation system for my home. The scheduling was handled professionally and I was contacted on the day promised by Josh. Josh identified the part that needed to be replaced, ordered it, and within a couple of days installed it. As before, Controlled Rain (Josh) was courteous, on time, and extremely professional. I highly recommend his services anytime expert lighting or landscape irrigation work is necessary at your home.

Controlled Rain responded very quickly for our request (originally asked them to come "teach" us how to use the SRP 'smart' irrigation controller. The technician (so sorry can't remember his name) arrived on time and reviewed our options. We all agreed the SRP system was not user-friendly and we were very willing to change it out for a system that we could program and manage on our own. The work was done quickly, we were shown how to change settings, and all was handled very professionally. Highly recommend this company!

Some delays due to weather and scheduling conflicts, but extra discount provided after second delay. System has been working well now for 3 months. Only quibble: I did request a schematic of the system layout after it was installed but it was never provided; I must admit however that this was an afterthought and not in the contract,

I use Controlled Rain Inc. They're billing is really good. They just send you an invoice and you send it in. Which is kind of nice, you don't have to write a check then and there.

Ken came out and offered a quote. I felt the price quoted was very fair and accepted the bid. Ken had to dig a new trench which included going under a sidewalk and through a brick wall to the backyard. He did a great job, was very friendly, and was great with communication. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

"I am unsure what this review is in reference to. The last time we were at the property of this customer was in 2013. We have not had contact since that time. I feel if there was an issue with the work we provided 4 years ago, we should have had a chance to correct it instead of leaving a D review after so much time has passed. Excellent, Justin was professional at all steps, 2 day service, showed up on time with a 20 minute call ahead, installed the box, programmed the unit, did a demonstration, and checked the sprinkler operation, all at the agreed upon and fair price. Carol in the office was pleasant to work with. I just wish more businesses were this professional.

Josh and his Administrative Assistant Carol were very accommodating to our needs. They were able to come out to give us an estimate within days of our contacting them. Josh was able to set up the drip system replacement within days of our request of their services. They were reliable and on time. Their work was outstanding. Josh was very concerned my husband, who is quite picky, was completely satisfied with the outcome. He was. We HIGHLY recommend Controlled Rain to anyone who need irrigation system replacement or repairs.

Excellent. Josh came out as scheduled and looked at my control unit and the work I needed. He didn't have a control unit with him that was appropriate for my house, so he said he would come back the next day with the unit and do the job. He picked up the control unit he next day (on his own time), came back as scheduled and did the work. Finished it in less than an hour. Set up and explained the new control unit. Was very neat in his work, you couldn't even tell the granite rocks were moved where he put the drip heads. Everything turned out great and works perfectly.

Someone from Controlled Rain contacted me immediately to make an appointment. I had to arrange some things for a scheduled visit requiring me to call back. The representative followed-up in a timely manner, scheduled the appointment, and the technician did exactly what he said he would do. The communication was great and I was very satisfied with the work. The wet spot is gone.
