LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH LOAN OFFICER. DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS FOR DAYS AND DAYS. RATE WAS NOT LOCKED IN AS INSTRUCTED. INTEREST RATE ENDED UP BEING HIGHER THAN ORIGINALLY QUOTED. LAST MINUTE FIRE DRILLS. CONCORD MORTGAGE LOST THE QUITCLAIM DEED FOR A SAN DIEGO PROPERTY WHICH WAS TO RECORD CONCURRENTLY (NOT FOUND TO THIS DAY). DISORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL LOAN OFFICER.
