I was referred to CNN Mortgage by a customer at the business I work for.
He had refinanced his home and we were looking to do the same. From the
first phone call I found Jonathan Baker to be very easy to talk to,
professional and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. He
really went out of his way to put us at ease and answer every question
we had in a prompt manner and explained the process thoroughly to us. He
worked with our schedule and was even available to us on weekends and
in the evenings. We went through the process in about 3 1/2 weeks from
start to finish and the only delays we had were through the requirements
of the VA administration with their needs, no delays from CNN at all. I
am pleased to say that the entire process went smoothly and we have
completed the home refinancing process, to our complete satisfaction. We
couldn't be happier with the end result! I highly recommend them if you
are looking to refinance or do a home equity line of credit, very
professional and proficient!!
