CLOSETS BY DESIGN'S WORK QUALITY WAS SO POOR THAT THE CABINETS PULLED AWAY FROM THE WALL AND FELL OVER A WEEK AFTER THEY SAID THAT THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. THEY DID THE WORK OVER 5 VISITS RATHER THAN THE 2 THEY PROMISED. THE OFFICE PERSONNEL WERE DISCOURTIOUS AND THEIR WORKERS WERE POORLY TRAINED. WE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THEIR PARENT COMPANY, CALIFORNIA CLOSETS. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY.
