David is wonderful. Showed up on time and got to work. My internet explorer would stop working and would start again. David did adjustments and thought it was fixed. When the problem came back David came back out right away. He did research and found out it was a virus from a web site that I go to all the time. He fixed both pc's. He came out on a Sunday which I didn't expect. Was surprised that he did research and found the company that had the virus plus e mailed me to keep me up to date.
I trust my pc to David. Will use him in the future for sure.

It went perfectly. This is a knowledgable and supportive company, that patiently explains what you need to do in easily understandable terms (I am not a techie, but know a very little bit about computers). They do not lose you in technical jargon. The tech arrived ready to work, worked diligently the entire time he was here, and was extremely professional and pleasant. I have used them in the past and have always been very pleased, and will continue to use them in the future.

My overall experience didn't go very well. The technician spent a little over an hour working on my computer, but I did not notice any improvement after he was done. I happened to visit my son shortly thereafter, and he was able to resolve whatever issue my laptop had.

The worker who came out, Ian, came out and messed up the transfer. Nothing was successfully transferred, and when I called the company a few months later they told me that Ian had left the company and Arizona altogether. Ian never returned my calls, but he had given me his private cell phone. Click sent out another worker who fixed the transfer and did not charge me anything, which was nice. The second guy was wonderful but the first experience was horrible.

When I called, the kid that answered wasn't very articulate and seemed like he wasn't comfortable talking to the customer. He told me I had to take my computer to a 3rd party place to drop it off and they would pick it up from there and go through it and call me to let me know what was wrong. I dropped it off I think on a Friday and was told I would know something by the next wednesday. I felt really uncomfortable dropping my computer off to a 3rd party and not getting to actually meet the people working on my computer. But after being reassured by the 3rd party that they were a real company, I left it. They called me on Monday to let me know it was just the electrical connector and it would be ready by weds. I think I talked to a different kid then and he wasn't very good on the phone either. I picked it up on weds and took it home and everything seemed to work great. I just have issues to the fact that I have no idea who it was working on my computer and whether or not anything could have been copied from my computer. I think next time I will pick a place that I can actually see the people working on my computer. Although they did do the work they promised and they did it on time and for a reasonable price.

"the location you dropped off the computer at is our drop off location. we offer this as an option for clients to be able to get better prices instead of having to spend hourly rate. when clients drop off their computers, we get much work done for less money, and have the engineers multi-task with other jobs, therefor keep cost low for our clients. we do offer, as you were told on the phone, an on-site service, but not knowing what it will take to get things fixed (parts, time etc) we recommended that you drop it off. Our engineers are out on the field most of the time, therefor we don't have an engineer at the drop off location. the computers are dropped off over there (again, if the client chooses to do so instead of on-site service) and the engineers then come by and pick those computers up to our lab for the actual work. Again- this was all offered for your convenience. the only IT companies that will have the abilities to show you the work being done thru a window or so (if you really want to seat and look at a screen running scans and tests for 3-4 hours...) are low end places like geek squad etc. Our engineers and our services are not similar to the low level that those places offer, and therefor we have different ways of doing business. We hope that everything is working out for you and we are happy we were able to give you the honest advise and not recommend a motherboard replacement like you would probably experience in many other "factory service" places where those people don't care about repeating business and reputation in most cases. I called this company and told them what had happened to my son's pc, and the tech I spoke to was friendly, listened to what I had to say and did not rush me. I talked to another tech who set up my appointment and he, too, was friendly and both techs sounded knowledgeable. It is always a plus talking to people with personalities! I was told where to drop off the computer, given a time-frame for service, and given an estimate. I also received this information via email within five minutes of hanging up. When the service was complete, we received a phone call stating when we could pick the computer up. Everything was smooth and seamless. The computer is working very well now and I will definitely use this company again.

Our desktop computer crashed on Saturday and would not reboot! We thought about buying a new computer ($800 to replace what we have), but checked Angie's List for a repair service and found Click Computer Services at the top of the list. When we called them on Monday afternoon, they were available to fix it right away. Rather than have them make a house call (we live 41 miles away in Goodyear and they charge $1/mile), we decided to take it to their "drop off" location in Scottsdale. They kept in touch by email and telephone to make sure we could find their drop off location and to get a good estimate of when we would be dropping off the computer. Because of other commitments on our part, we finally dropped it off on Wednesday at approximately 1:30 PM. Within a half hour they called to report their findings (bad RAM stick, bad hard drive sectors, and lots of spyware) and give us an estimate about cost ($147) and tell us approximately when it would be ready. At 3:30 THAT DAY they called to say it was already fixed! Because we were so happy with their service, we decided to have them look at our old laptop, too, so dropped it off when we picked up the desktop the next day. The laptop was running slow and the screen had lines running through it. They removed lots of spyware and now it runs much faster and the screen problems are cleared up. The laptop cost $98 to repair (their minimum per hour rate). BOTTOM LINE: We would highly recommend Click Computer Services to anyone with any type of computer problems! It's comforting to know we have a place to go if/when our computer has problems in the future. Thanks, guys!

Most of the paragraph above tells how things went overall. What I left out was that back in the "HQ", folks called me once to let me know when the technician was scheduled to be at my home and 2X again when there was a delay. He was late---but not by much and I was aware that there would be that delay. The price of $98.00 per hour was a bit high, but I'm a firm believer in "You get what you pay for" and the work done was well worth it.

When I needed to replace my relatively old laptop home computer, I immediately called Beits at Click Computer Services. I had used this company in the past to repair and keep my older laptop working. I knew that Beits would take care of my request in a very professional manner. After speaking with him about my computer needs and seeking his recommendations, I decided to purchase a new desktop computer. Several programs that I wanted, including Beits' recommendations for security and operating systems, were installed at Click's office. Afterwards, the engineer came to my house with the new computer and copied programs and information from my old computer. He also installed the drivers for two printers and set up the email account. He also verified that the fax machine was working and that the entire system was ready to go. I am very pleased with Beits' recommendations for equipment and programs and very pleased with the engineer who put it all together. My new computer is faster than "the blink of an eye" and has all the security that one needs. This company knows their business, cares about their customers, is efficient, professional, and talented. I would recommend them (and I have) to anyone for any of their computer questions or needs.

We were not satisfied with the first guy that came out, and so they sent out a second guy. For the money that we had to pay, I think they could have been a little more knowledgeable when they came in. They were punctual and responsive but it took them a pretty long time to decide what was needed to be done.

Initially, a service technician came to perform an on-site service call. He found that he could not fix the problem on-site and took the computer to the office. A technician at the office was experienced enough to be able to recover data from the damaged hard drive. The response time was very quick. Beits is extremely well versed in computer repair and services. They offered the Angie's List special discount which was quite helpful in the otherwise very expensive endeavor.
