The Clear pro team is fantastic. I have used them now for a year and a half now; they have always been super easy to schedule; they show up on time and do a great job cleaning the windows and screens. I did have them also come and do carpet cleaning and again; fantastic job. Highly recommended and will definitely refer them. 10 stars!!

Greg arrived as scheduled, did a very professional job, was friendly and courteous, and was very careful of our house. This was the second time that we have used ClearPro and we have been very pleased each time for the excellent service at a reasonable price.

Amazing service, all of my windows and screens are sparkling clean! It was a big job too since they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while and our Tech Ryan did a great job cleaning them up! He took care of the cob webs and bird goop on and around the windows and power washed the concrete. He was able to get our light fixtures cleaned up too even though they were hard to access. Very impressed and highly recommend ClearPro!

They did a very good job.

The window cleaners scatched 4 windows during the cleaning process. These were long (approx. 18"-24") scatches with a curve at the top, not small ones. Also, some of the windows were not cleaned properly so they had to reclean them. The owner tried to dismiss the scratches over the phone but I insisted she come out and take a look. She agreed but refused to do anything about them. She said she asked her window cleaners if they had scatched them. Of course, they are going to say no!

Two pleasant young men showed up on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job cleaning the windows, carpets and chair. They removed two dark spots on the carpet that two previous cleaners had been unable to get out. And the chair: my little granddaughter rubbed desitin into the fabric of the ottoman many months ago. I'd tried to get it out several times but couldn't; they got it cleaned! I was pleased with their work and certainly will use them again.

They did a very good job, they were polite and professional. I would use them again in the future.

Their pricing is fair and competitive. They are probably on the low end. They are punctual and they always send out quality technicians.

Extremely happy with the work and professionalism.

Nancy was very fun to talk to on the phone. We made an appointment so she could give me a quote. She arrived later than expected but called to let us know and it wasn't a problem for us. I have no idea whether the price she quoted was high or low... we were eager to get our windows cleaned and ClearPro could do it when we needed it done, so we hired them! Nancy was able to schedule us later that same week. One person in the two-person window-cleaning team arrived on-time and the second was later. Nancy called to let us know about it. They didn't need to work together so that was OK... it just made the job take longer. The quality of the work was excellent except for the window track cleaning. The hand-held vacuum cleaner and round attachment they use wasn't powerful enough to pull much out of the window tracks. I was able to get quite a bit more out with a knitting needle after they had left. They were very neat inside and wore coverings over their shoes so as not to track in dirt. However, there were two places outside where they left puddles of sudsy water on our front walkway. Not a serious problem, but noticeable. Overall it was a good experience-- everyone was professional and very nice, and our windows look terrific. I would hire them again, but not for cleaning the window tracks.

I cannot say enough about the job the company did on my windows. I hadn't had them cleaned since I moved into the house 3 years earlier, and there were layers of grime that required some time to really remove. When the crew left, there wasn't a spot on any of the windows. Tim, the owner, was very easy to work with to coordinate the visit over the phone. The two gentlemen who showed up to do the cleaning were very professional and really took their time to do a very high quality job. I haven't had need of another thorough window cleaning yet, but when I do I will be calling them again. Highly recommended. December '12 update: Just wanted to add that All Bright & Clear have become a subsidiary of Clear Pro Window cleaning (out of Scottsdale) but Tim and his crew are still handling the jobs in the Northwest Peoria area (and I believe the phone number is still the same). They came out again to do another cleaning for me and did another outstanding job.

The owner came over to give me an estimate. He was nice and professional. On the day of the cleaning, his guys were on time. The three of them got to work right away. The windows had not really been washed since we moved in three years ago. They cleaned the inside, outside and screens. The windows look great. We were happy with the work.

I can't believe what a difference it makes when the windows are cleaned. They really sparkle. David's Window is so meticulous in doing the work; they even clean the tracks out. It usually takes 2 of their people about 3 hours to do the work.
