Our Senior Customer Care Specialist and I, met you at your home the next day. You were very pleased with the results of the four windows we touched up. However, our field inspection was unable to conclude that ClearPro was responsible for the 4 upside down "J" scratches that were pointed out. Multiple scratches had been previously identified and noted on service orders by our window cleaners who serviced your home on October 24th, 2012. You admitted on October 20th, 2017 that you were aware of scratches other than the 4 that you were concerned about. We are confident that ClearPro did not cause the scratches that were pointed out. All work performed on your home was completed in a professional, workman-like manner following standard trade practices by two technicians with more than 20 years of combined experience. We went to considerable length to explain and demonstrate how our cleaning process and tools could not have caused the defects pointed out. No razors or any abrasive items were used on your windows.
