It took about 3 1/2 months. The main contact for the company was gone, out of state for 2 of the 3 mo.
Somehow I ended up with fixtures that not only I didn't order but that wouldn't have worked in my house. For example: the faucet for the tub (that I didn't approve of) was for a home with a subfloor, my home sits on concrete.
This is a seasonal home for me and my husband, so we have responsibilities back at our main residence. When I would leave AZ nothing would get done, so I had to change one flight to stay longer. After being home for about 9 days, I then had to make arrangements to go out again to babysit the job site. And we all know changing flights and booking last minute flights aren't cheap!
They estimated $60 - 65K for the job, and said it would probably be on the lower side of the estimate. Now I know there are always additional charges, but 15-20k?! Also it was estimated to only take 6-8 wks....
They are nice, polite people that provided a very disappointing service.
