Its hard to find a realtor especially when you are out of state. I have been through multiple realtors and had my house listed for 493 days with no luck. I found Echo Farrell through word of mouth and was going to give it one more shot and Im glad I did. She's a straight shooter, sharp and eager to find you a deal. She would call me before i was out of bed and i live 3 hours ahead. She made me feel I was her priority. She also was on top of dealing with the buyers agent and title. Everytime I had a question or concern which I had many she was always happy to hear from me, patient and quick to respond if she didn't pick up. Everything went so fast. First day she's talking about hitting up her client base, then the open house, than BAM I have a buyer! She found me a buyer in 2 weeks! My only regret is not finding her sooner. So yes I highly recommend Echo, she is a realtor you can trust, thats hard working and has her clients best interest in mind.
