+ 2 moreHe is absolutely superior. He is wonderful. He is the sweetest nicest person. He is very professional and very reasonable. He is punctual. He is knowledgeable. He does excellent work. He does extra stuff as well. You can negotiate with him too.
Description of Work: Chris Kortas put up a couple of fixtures for me, checked my circuit breakers, and hung up a lamp for me. He also put up a number of fans and put in a dimmer switch. He had put in all my light bulbs and fluorescent lights in the past. He also does handyman stuff.
