Circle G Roofing

My experience with Circle G was somewhat mixed. It started very well: I purchased a deal for a power wash of my roof, and I received an immediate response and very soon one of the owners came to look at my roof. At my request, he also gave me an estimate of the cost for the repair of a leak in my roof. The situation became more complicated when I tried to follow up on the repair. My understanding is that this is a family business operated by two people, and I was hearing different things depending on who I spoke with. The repair estimate that I received verbally did not match the one I received in writing (which was less convenient, with higher cost and shorter warranty), and, while verbally I was assured that the work would be done within 7-10 days or so, every time I called to schedule I was told that they had a long waiting list. After three weeks I was still waiting to have the repair scheduled, and, with my ceiling rapidly deteriorating, I ended up calling another company to get the job done. At the end, one of the owners came to my house to do the power wash (which was already paid for), but he came without warning. I was not at home, and the only way I knew that the job was done was through my guest, who was taking a shower and suddenly was left without water. I appreciate that the wash was finally done, but I did not like the surprise factor. It would have been more professional to call and check what my scheduling needs were. About the delay in scheduling the repair, I understand that it was the rainy season and probably they were truly overloaded, but I would have appreciated being told so from the start.

Everyone showed up on time, and did exactly what they said they would do, with the exception of putting the white paint on vertical surfaces that can be seen from the front of the house. I told the owner's son that it looked bad and the HOA would probably object, he said that's the way they do it. He offered to repaint the house, for a fee. We will repaint it soon, but not with them. If we use them again for our roof, I will request they don't paint the vertical surfaces visible from the front. I am happy to say that after the two huge rain storms we had recently, there were no leaks. I trust Circle G Roofing. They do good work. I just need to spell out in advance what we want and don't want.

Joe came out and inspected our flat, foam roof. He indicated there were low spots and areas that needed foam to be added. Then a power wash, then a coating of elastomeric. I could not afford the cost of the repairs he suggested at this time so I had to pass. Joe was totally fine with that and left the decision with me. He ended up refunding my money for the power wash deal that I purchased through Angie's List. He is on my list when it comes time for me to get my roof fixed!

Extremely well. We had a deluge of rain and leak in our bedroom ceiling as a result. Our call was answered by George in the midst of this monsoon disaster. He came out the following day and assesed the damage and gave us the cost. Owner J. Gordon oversaw all repair work. He was great ,getting the job done as he said he would. More rain was forecast in a few days and we were most pleased and grateful that he worked us into his schedule before more damage could be done to our ceiling. We will certainly use him in the future. Our roof is 18 years old and will need to be replaced before too long. Joseph will certainly be the one we call.

He informed us that we didn't need the whole roof replaced. There were seven cracked tiles that did need replaced but it wasn't an emergency. While we appreciate his honesty during the inspection, he did not respond when he said he would. I initially called him on the Thursday before Labor Day and he said that he would be out of town but would be back Tuesday morning and that he would call me Tuesday morning. I didn't hear anything from him so I called him Tuesday afternoon. He said that he was in our area and was out to our house within half an hour. He then performed the inspection and quoted us $2,200 for a whole-roof maintenance service. We advised him that we would need to wait to actually begin the work at the beginning of next year (January in our minds) and asked if he would emails us the details and amount of his quote. He said that wouldn't be a problem and took down my email address. I still have yet to hear anything from him or receive an email. Again, we really appreciate his honesty but it seems like he doesn't need or want our business and we are not going to waste any more of our time trying to track him down. We were frustrated with his lack of responsiveness and the fact that we did not receive the promised email. If we got that, we would probably consider using them for the project as they are a highly rated company.

Walked around for about 5 minutes, read my insurance estimate, saw that he couldn't make a profit and left with no intentions of calling me back. I called him to get an update and he told me he would not be performing the work because there wasn't enough. I orginally asked him to give me a complete estimate because my insurance would pay additional monies. Guess that didn't seem to matter. The kicker is, I had two other friends looking for a roofer, all suffering damage from the recent micro-burst. Needed a little more professionalism. Word of advise... sometimes you need to take the smaller jobs because they lead to bigger referrals.

Did a great job. Very clean with no mess. I felt the price was more than fair. Very pleased, will use Circle G Roofing for all my roofing needs. Thanks, Kelly.

Repair and re-roofing (flat roof) were done quickly and efficiently by a team from Circle G. On time, very professional. Minor issue with cleanup- a few pieces of stray trash were overlooked and a small planter was tipped over. All in all a very positive experience compared to my last experience with roofers.

This roofing company went over and beyond the expected customer service. The roof began leaking following a monsoon storm. Mr. Gordon was out as soon as possible the day I called to take a look at the problem. He was thorough and gave me very specific details and pictures of the problem area. Unfortunately, because of my homeowner's insurance needing to send out an adjustor before any repairs could be made, Mr. Gordon was not able to repair or temporarily tarp the area in question. After I sorted out the insurance issues, I called Mr. Gordon back to have him come out to make the repairs. It had been raining the entire day and I was concerned about more damage being done. However, due to the lapse in time between his first visit and the ensuing monsoon storm, Mr. Gordon had to inform me that there were several other customers ahead of me needing repairs and he was not going to be able to come out for several days. I asked him if he would please keep me on his "list" while I called other roofers to see if someone could come out a.s.a.p. (due to the rain and my fear of more damage). He was so kind to say that he would do that for me (even though I know that it wasn't really fair of me to ask). Fortunately, the rain stopped and the next day's forecast indicated we would not have any more storms for several days (which bought me some time). I immediately called Mr. Gordon back the very next morning to let him know that I would like for him to come out and do the repairs whenever it was my turn on his client list. He was incredibly professional and nice and indicated that that because of unforseen circumstances he would be able to come out that very day to take care of it. He and his crew arrived on time, and spent a better part of the day making repairs and taking lots of pictures (I was having trouble with my insurance company and they were requesting tons of documentation). In addition, he made me aware of an air conditioning plug/leak that he had stumbled upon so I was able to call an AC repair company to come take care of that before it caused any more damage. After the repairs were completed, Mr. Gordon made arrangements to come back the next day for payment. He also spent time talking to my insurance adjustor when she called, confirming for her that the damage was storm related. I am very happy with Mr. Gordon's level of customer service and professionalism. Not only did he do a good job repairing the leak, his honesty in dealing with my insurance agent led to the insurance company covering the cost of the repairs. This gentleman takes pride in his company and backs it up with integrity and high standards. I would use him again in a heartbeat, and I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a solid roofer.

Since the house is for sale and the Tenant wants to buy it, the Owner elected to gamble that the roof would last at least one hopefully two more seasons before serious work was needed.

Nothing until I receive two more.proposals

John and John showed up on time and as scheduled to fulfill the obligations of the coupon. I would have given them straight A's but it was a little challenging getting a date scheduled in Tucson, as the company is based in Phoenix and have to account for customer emergencies. That said, one a date was chosen, they showed up right on time and presented a professional demeanor. I showed them my roof and they suggested some inexpensive but effective options for ensuring a a leak-free monsoon. All in all everything went smoothly and I'll definitely be considering this company when it comes time for more roof work. I suggest you do the same.

great they left a little for me to clean up. left a little glue or paint on my side walk very hard to clean up. No worries my sidewalk is 40 years old and very ugly. The new roof is grand.

I was very pleased with them, they cleaned up all the debris after the work, and it looks like they were not even there.

The service went well. The roof no longer leaks and they did a decent job. There was an additional charge because of the size of my roof. We have not had any severe rain yet to see how the coating will actually hold up.

Fine. Work was performed as requested in professional manner. Seem like nice guys as well.

He was very professional. Told us exactly what was wrong with the roof, sent us pictures of everything and gave us a decent price. He also noticed some areas that would be problematic soon and fixed those also. We get a 10 year warranty on the roof without having to get a completely new roof. He was very responsive. Even in the heat, he was out the following day and took care of everything.

I didn't use them. He came out and gave me an estimate and I went with another guy. They guy was nice but the guy that I called and who did it didn't charge to come out and do an estimate. The price of the second guy was comparable and little bit more expensive but more thorough.

He did a great job, was quick, thorough, and cleaned up after he was done. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We love the product and were happy with the work. They were prompt for the appointment. There was one over sight where they left the hose on for about 8 hours which flooded the front yard. They were very apologetic and they discounted the price. I would give them an A- for the overall experience.

I am very impressed! I called them on Thursday, and by Saturday afternoon they were done.

Joe is very professional and thorough and takes pride in the work his family does.

Fantastic work as they not only fixed my roof but also sealed my roof deck, fixed the stuco, sealed my windows and painted the whole house and fences.
