The job went well. The people are honest and fair and do good work. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. The roof was a foam roof that had been neglected and need scraping and resurfacing in quite a few places. The townhouse is about 1600 sf. They sprayed new foam on the entire roof. I would use Circle G again without any reservations at all.

Everything went fine with the work, I would recommend them.
Since this is a very small task, to keep my cost down to replace one tile, Joe told me to get a handyman to do the work.

Contacted us the same day and set up an appointment for the roof inspection. Mr. Gordon arrived promptly to preform the inspection. Since my husband was not here he took pictures to show me the condition of the old roof. They would not be able to power wash because of the condition of the roof but offered the option to repair or replace. We choose the new roof. They were able to schedule the work within the next week to accommodate my husband's work schedule. The work was completed in two days as promised. Mr. Gordon was here the entire time and my husband was able to be up on the roof with the workers. They were very considerate about the clean up and did a very thorough job, even cleaning up the yard around the house.
Presently we are having trouble with the roof draining properly, because it is a flat roof there are area where the water is pooling and not draining. I contacted Mr. Gordon and a crew was out within a week to inspect the problem. They did some work but we will have to wait for it to rain so that they can see where the pooling is occurring.
They seem willing to do what is needed to correct this problem and we are presently working with them."Thank you for your review we will continue to follow up with you keep you in our maintaince program, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year."

Five of them showed up Monday morning and got it taken care of. I was really pleased and I highly recommend them. They were very client-oriented.
